Domestic Shipping - Please use the delivery map below for general guidelines of delivery times using Standard Shipping by FedEx after our normal
1-3 business days for processing your order. USPS Priority Mail to the U.S.
will run approx. 2-4 days depending on where you live in the USA. FedEx Smart
Post is approx. 3 days longer than the normal FedEx delivery schedule and is
delivered by the US Postal Service once it reaches your town. If shipping to
Alaska or Hawaii we highly recommend NOT using US Postal Service Parcel Select
as delivery times can run 6-8 weeks or longer. If shipping to these states
contact us and we will work with you to help you find the best possible shipping option.
Delivery Notifications - When your item(s) ships, you are emailed all your
tracking information and it is also stored online in your account area so you
can refer back to it at any time. Once you receive your tracking information
please allow 12-18 hours for the information to be updated in the shippers
system and an estimated delivery date to be shown. Once that is done, then you
can sign up to receive email updates of your package right up to delivery to
your door. You can also sign up for text message updates with Fed Ex and USPS (message and data
rates may apply).
We supply this information to assist you in receiving your
package in a timely manner and to make sure you are notified within minutes of your delivery of your order.
We supply you with the date of shipment, carrier information, tracking information and a means by which you can track delivery up to the minute and final delivery to your door. You are also now notified via email of how to sign up for text or email updates via USPS and Fed Ex so you will know when your package is coming and you are notified as soon as it is delivered. We will accept no responsibility for customers who do not take advantage of the services provided and you (the Customer) hereby releases The Candyland Store, LLC from any liability or loss incurred (after Fed Ex or USPS has confirmed delivery) as a result of non receipt of your order and you (the Customer) do so upon placing your order with us.
Approval For Purchase and Release
Without Direct or Indirect Signature
- By placing your order with The Candyland Store you hereby authorize
The Candyland Store to charge your credit card the amount of your sale without
your direct signature. You also hereby authorize The Candyland Store to leave
your package at the shipping address given by you, at the time of the order,
without a signature upon delivery (either direct or indirect). If your order
exceeds a product total of $650.00 without shipping fees, we are required to
get a signature either direct or indirect for delivery only to verify that the
product was delivered to the physical address provided by you at the time that
the order was placed, even if it is not your verified billing or shipping
address on file with your credit card company. You hereby release The Candyland Store, LLC from any liability once the delivery service confirms delivery to the address provided by you. You hereby accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale with The Candyland Store, LLC and release us from any
liability or loss that may occur as a result of your order being lost after
a confirmed delivery, as stated by the carrier service.
Special Instructions For Delivery - If you have special delivery directions for example: leave at back door, leave in front yard, please leave behind the house
in the storage shed. We have no way to communicate your wishes to the delivery
company. Please speak with your mail person or FedEx driver ahead of your
scheduled delivery or leave a note for them so they are aware of your request.
Missing or Damaged Items - The Candyland Store MUST be notified with 24 hours of any items missing or damaged from your order - Damaged items must be emailed with pictures as soon as the package arrives (this means same day) - any claims of damage (without pictures) after 24 hours will not be honored. Email is required method since there will be a time stamp and date provided to you and us for our mutual protection. Letting us know days after a delivery removes us from liability as the contents could have been tampered with, improperly stored or stolen. Your are notified by Fed Ex within 30 minutes of delivery to your address and may sign up for the same service with USPS. When you receive such notification and the package is not there upon your arrival we must be notified immediately. Notifying us the next day again will remove us from any liability of claim. By placing your order you agree to these terms of The Candyland Store.
Ordering Baked Goods - All Entenmann's products like Cinnamon Rolls, Crumb Cakes, Pound Cakes (Loaf Cakes) and Apple Pies are all baked goods and have shorter than normal shelf life than candy, typically anywhere from 1-2 weeks. Please order accordingly and not more than what is needed unless you are freezing them. Returns are not accepted on these items because of the short shelf short life.
Ordering Bulk Candy - When
ordering candy in bulk like Gummy Bears, Gummi Rings, Cry Baby Sour,
Sixlets, Bit O Honey, Jelly Beans and other such items pricing is shown
by the pound. All bulk candy is sold by the pound but not necessarily
packaged by the pound depending on the amount ordered.
If you order 1 pound you will receive a 1 pound bag if you order 3
pounds you may receive a 1 pound bag and a 2 pound bag and so on. Anything over 5 pounds in weight will be bulk packaged.
International Shipping - We
happily ship to Canada and select European Countries via USPS International
Priority Mail or FedEx International Shipping Services. Please see further
international shipping information below.
Incorrect Addresses Domestic and
- If you
provide us with an incorrect address, or forget an apartment number or any
other information required for delivery The Candyland Store will notify you
that the item has been returned to us if in fact it is returned, and provide
you with a link to repurchase the cost of re-shipping the package, if your
item(s) were shipped through USPS, if you choose to not have the item re-delivered to you will be refunded for the product only, once an item ships the cost of postage is not refundable, you hereby agree to these conditions upon placing your order with The Candyland Store. If an incorrect address or other necessary
information is missing when the item has been shipped via FedEx a $14.50 re-direct fee will be billed to your account, (you hereby authorize The
Candyland Store to make this charge to your account if this should occur) this
is for the cost of FedEx to re-dispatch the item to the correct address. For
International orders if an incorrect address is received - most likely the
order will not be returned to us and unfortunately your order will not be
delivered. The Candyland Store will not issue a refund or replacement in these

All duties and country taxes and regulations for receiving goods, gifts, candy
and other food items within your country are the customers
responsibility/liability not that of The Candyland Store. Please make sure
before placing any orders that your country will permit candy and or perishable
items into the country and that you are aware that there may be duties or other
fees and or inspection fees attached to receiving goods and perishable items.
Every country is different so please make sure you are familiar with the
procedures for receiving international goods.
FedEx Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day
Express Saver and Express Mail
express mail cutoff times are 8:00 AM EST Monday - Friday. All orders received
after this time will receive priority handling the next business day. We do not
offer Saturday or Sunday delivery on Express Shipments nor do we ship any
Express Services on the weekends as most carriers will not accept them until the next business day.
Bulky Items - Due
to new FedEx dimensional shipping requirements that has gone into effect as of
January 1, 2015 items that are bulky and individually wrapped that can be
removed from their original packaging to save on space when shipping will be
removed. Some examples include but are not limited to: Famous Amos
Cookies, Little Bite Muffins, Cracker Jacks, Big Texas Cinnamon Rolls, Fruit
Roll Ups, Cheeze Its etc.
Order Cancellations - If you decide for whatever reason to cancel an order after it is placed within 24-48 hours but have cancelled it before it has shipped we have the right to pass along our credit card processing fees to the customer. The fees are as follows American Express is 3.75% of the sale and .30 per transaction. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are 2.5% of the sale and .30 per transaction. There are no fees associated with PayPal or PayPal Express checkout.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER
- only applies to
orders shipping to the contiguous U.S. During the warmer summer months free shipping is offered
for all customers whose orders meet the requirements -
does not mean that for chocolate or other meltable items that free shipping
will prevent the orders from melting.

Here Are Some Things To Know About
Shipping In The Summer
chocolate candies being shipped between May 15th - Sept 15th we strongly
suggest using FedEx Overnight or 2nd Day Air. If your temperatures are
over 80 degrees at any time of the year then the Summer Shipping Rules would apply
to you year round. We recommend 1 (one) Ice Pack per chocolate item ordered.
These ice packs last approximately last 18-24 hours in 80-89 degree heat, when
fully frozen and they are reusable for lunch boxes and coolers.
When shipping into warmer weather climates or
during the summer months please make sure that the items are shipped to a
location somewhere where they can be directly taken inside and allowed to
cool to room temperature undisturbed. Items ordered in warmer weather and left
on your front porch until you come home from work will simply not survive the summer

assure safe delivery of your candies but the ultimate responsibility for the
safe delivery lies with the customer to make sure that the proper arrangements
are made for receiving the goods and bringing them into a cooler environment.
chocolate, gummies, jelly beans or other such items are not considered damaged
goods and claims will not be honored on such items.
