Refund and Return Policy for The CandyLand Store
The CandyLand Store must be notified within 24 hours of receipt
of the item(s) that you wish to return. Returns will not be accepted on any products, if we are not notified within 24 hours after delivery under any circumstances. Returns must be
authorized by Customer Service and a RA number given. The RA# should be
placed on the outside of the box for faster processing of a refund.
Returns can not be accepted on any opened items and returns will not be
accepted on any bakery products examples are but are not limited to:
Linden's cookies, Entenmann's products or Hostess Drakes these products
are bakery items and being such have a very limited shelf life on
average of 7-28 days so opened or not returns will not be accepted on

Once the item(s) have been received back to us we will inspect them to make sure nothing has been opened and everything you returned is accounted for. Once that is done, the appropriate amount will be refunded to your form of payment, or at your request a store credit can be issued in the form of a Gift Card that can be used on your next purchase. Refunds are normally processed with 24 hours of an item being returned.
Postage on the original shipment will be charged at the full rate if an item(s) are returned, not a discounted flat rate that you may have received when the items were purchased i.e. $6.95, $8.95, $9.95 or free shipping. If the order that was placed was over $75 and the items being returned drops you below that $75.00 mark regular shipping rates will be applied.
Return postage is the customers
responsibility and must be returned using a tracking number and insured - The Candyland Store does not refund postage once an
item has shipped or refund the cost of any returned shipment.
