lies with the customer. We will accept no responsibility on any candies
shipped. Melted chocolate items are
not considered damaged goods and claims will not be honored. All returns
from customers on all goods must also be shipped the same way back to
use at the customers expense. The Candyland Store reserves the right to add, modify or delete these terms at our discretion without prior written notice.
Returns - Returns must be authorized by customer service and a RA number given. Returns can not be accepted on opened items and returns will not be accepted on any bakery product such as Linden's cookies, Entenmann's products or Hostess Drakes these products as these are bakery items with only 7-21 day shelf life so opened or not returns will not be accepted (further details below).
Free Shipping to Actively Serving Military Personnel: The Candyland Store.com understands the sacrifice that our military makes on our behalf. Therefore all orders shipping to an APO or other military address greater than $25.00 can use coupon code (thankyou) without the brackets, to receive 100% free shipping on standard Priority Mail or Parcel Post mail. This coupon code is for use by military personnel and their families shipping to a military address only it will not work on any other address other than a military address.
Here are some things you need to know about shipping candy.
For chocolate candies, we strongly suggest using Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air via UPS from April 15th - September 15th or any time of the year depending on the climate that you live in. Depending on your delivery area we reserve the right to ship using either USPS or UPS. Different delivery services can deliver faster to certain areas. Since we are familiar with the delivery services and how quickly they deliver, each order gets it's own consideration before final shipment.
Please order at least one (1) Ice Pack per chocolate candy ordered. The Ice Packs are reusable and last approximately 2 days when fully frozen, they are reusable in lunch boxes and coolers.
Please make sure that your order is delivered to someplace that someone will be able to receive it (for example your office). Candy left by on the front porch during the warm summer months won't make it until you get home.
Perishable orders will only be shipped Monday thru Thursday for the East Coast and Monday thru Wednesday for the West Coast.

Domestic Shipping - Please use the delivery map below for general guidelines of delivery time using Standard Shipping using UPS. USPS Priority Mail to the US will run approx. 2 -10 days depending on where you live. Parcel Post delivery will run on average 7-14 days to the continental US and can run 6-8 weeks or longer to Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping - We happily ship overseas via USPS International Priority Mail or Express International Mail or DHL.
Incorrect Addresses Domestic and International - If you provide us with an incorrect address The CandyLand Store will notify that the item has been returned and provide you with a link to repurchase the postage. If an incorrect address is received for International orders - most likely the order will not be returned and unfortunately your order will not be received by the recipient, same applies to customs clearance so please check the regulations of your country first as postage cannot be refunded at all and product can only be refunded if returned - so please check the address before ordering.
Duties and Taxes Regulations on International Shipments - All duties and country taxes and regulations for receiving goods, gifts , candy and other food items within your country are the customers liability not that of The CandyLand Store.com.
Returns - Returns are accepted with prior authorization only. Authorized returns of unopened merchandise will be given a return authorization number to be included on the outside of the package. Any returns of unauthorized products, or past 10 days from original receipt of the product(s) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If your have opened the items we cannot except the return. We do not refund shipping costs once an item has shipped or any return shipping costs.
